Advent Antistructure cruiser not firing at all

Since the new patch I have noticed that Advent antistructure units are not firing at all

It is not just not rendering the firing effect, the damage is not being applied either

I tested this under several circumstances, but they simply are not shooting, I cannot link it to a specific cause

Any ideas?
