Site access almost impossible from the front page

I've been getting this for several weeks:

As you can see, all the toolbar links are hidden behind the banner. Sometimes refreshing gets rid of it, but mostly I have to access the links through my personal site. Tonight it just won't go.

Using FF3.

Any sort of add-ons that would change how the page is rendered like this?  Using FF3 here and having no issues.

I've seen it in FF3 many times

I use IE7 Fuzzy, but just ran FF3 to see how it went for me.  All was as it should be.  Has anything changed with Script Blocker (if you use it)?  Possibly something from your ISP end or a Ghost in the Box.  I'm going to feel stupid asking YOU this, but have you tried other browsers?

I've noticed it on occasion and not just here at WC... other sites (eg devart) don't render properly at times, either.   I've also noticed that FF 3.0.6 is more resource intensive than earlier editions... CPU spikes over 20% - 30% and it appears there may be a memory leak.  If FF is opened, particularly on 'flash' intensive pages, while *say* converting video or editing music, etc, my cursor gets all jittery and doesn't go where I want it to as I want it to.   This does not occur when on the same pages in IE7, so I tend to think the poor rendering is a FF issue, particularly when other apps are running.

I'm starting to tire of FF3... it's not the leading browser it used to be.  Can't use it to copy & paste here in the forums unless you hack the settings... and without the community built add-ons it'd be no better than IE or Opera.

I suppose that I keep using FF as a force of habit... gotta break it and go back to IE/Opera, me thinks.

Hehe, I still use the same old browser I've used for years****Crazy Browser***  I know, sounds funny but its for real for those that never heard of it.

Hi WOM!

just took a look at that Browser (Crazy Browser 3.0 RC1). Is it an independent browser or is it essentially ie7?

I think it might use the IE engine, not sure but I've had no trouble using it while I've watched everyone bitching about all the other browsers, even IE.

Not on my rig it isn't!  When doing that I get a FF message window saying copy and paste is disabled.  To get it I have to hack the settings, and I'm not that up on messing with stuff like that.  I haven't really needed it that much so haven't bothered trying, and if I need to copy paste in a web page that much I can always open it in IE.
