Vanilla Sins [bug]/annoyance Fleet Creation

I don't know if this has been mentioned before (non-functional search bar grr!)

but when i try to create a fleet with a sole capship and some frigates/cruisers it gives the leadership of the to one of the non-caps unless i micro it

i would of thought that if one cap was in a fleet, the cap should be given command of it, multiple caps in a fleet, the highest lvl one gets command
