Possible Bug

This is a bug that I found earlier and I was wondering if anybody else has noticed.

When you use the TEC upgrade "Fortified Civilian Ships" it will increase the max health of the ships, but they spawn with their orginal level of health and won't passive repair upto full health, and repair stations won't fix them either, so now you have trade ships spawning with 550/750 and they're stuck there.

Can somebody confirm this bug for me so I know I'm not the only one.

HMMMMMMMMMM is that what Fortified Civilian Ships does? I thought it gave them more armor. Anyway yeah that seems liek a bug.

You can probably repair them manually, just like constructors.

i think its not an bug it increase hp and armor of trade and refienery ships
