Campaign (NOT a 'I want campaign' whinge)

Hey guys

As someone interested in a campaign/story mode to flesh out the Sins universe and fiction, I was wondering what the known facts about a future single player mode is.

Searching through threads about it I found some old posts that say that Devs have said a campaign in some form or another is coming, wondering what exactly is known about this possible future release?

Absolutely nothing is known as far as details :D I do still believe that they're supposed to be working on one, though.

A campaign and perhaps a campign editor might be in the surprise expansion (that's the third...). But none of the developers gave a clear yes or no on anything... But there is still hope... :grin:

There is probably one problem, the speed in which things are build, and the rate at which resources come in is very very sloooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwww

That's exactly my hope too.

Perhaps a meta-map campaign like in the Dawn of War games would work? Conquer the galaxy with one race, with plenty of special missions among the standard skirmish ones with extra hard missions on the races homeworlds and other important systems.
