[BUG?] Strange starbase scuttling

The screenshot shows how many resources I would get back by scuttling a fully upgraded starbase. Is it supposed to be that much? For Advent and TEC starbases I never saw such high numbers, but thats probably because I hadn't upgraded them fully. And why is the credit figure red

If that's a fully upgraded starbase, then that's probably still a little on the low end of things, IMO.  But not by much.
