Can't play Entrenchment because of registation issues

I paid and pre-ordered Entrenchment a month or so ago and have been happily playing the beta with no problems. However, with this new patch I can't seem to play it any more. I reinstalled the original SoaSE like the forum post said, and then went to reinstall the expansion. It then popped up with a message saying that my registration wasn't valid. I found what I thought was my registration number on impulse and plugged into the update registration page along with my e-mail. It wouldn't take it and claimed it was invalid. I checked and re-checked multiple times to make sure that the code was correct. I don't know what to do.:(    Any help is appreciated!

You should email [email protected] . Since the only way to get it is from them, they'll quickly be able to check the order history and fix it up for you.

Had the EXACT same problem.

What payment method did you use?

If it was Paypal, then the registration information for Entrenchment was registered under your PAYPAL email, not your regular Stardock email.

If it wasn't Paypal, then it's probably something else

Yea, I did use paypal.  So, maybe I just need to put in the other e-mail that was used for paypal?

Well, the registration for Sins and Entrenchment has to exist on the same account so if you have the serials attached to different emails, that's not so good. You should still just contact support and have them merge the emails :)

Ok, I tried the other e-mail and it worked. Looks like I need to merge e-mails now lol. Thanks for the help! |-)
