Harassment complaint filed which included threats of violence. Video of same submitted along with complaint.

Thanks for calling me last night 02/23/09 with an update. I however fail to see why the Fort Worth Police Department could not find ANY information when there was a clear threat of violence made against my person, and the phrase “we get paid for this harassment” which clearly indicates there are more then one person involved, and the sounds and voices of at LEAST three indivisibles if not more in the background making derogatory comments. According to Title 18 of the penal code, it clearly states if the number of parties involved are three or more it becomes conspiracy and engaging in organized criminal activity two very serious crimes.

Now while I understand the bond between the boys and girls in blue (my father worked for the Sheriffs department 22.5 years) and bending the rules a bit or looking the other way when another officer has brushed or bent the code of conduct and forgotten their oaths given when taking on the responsibilities involved in becoming a law enforcement officer at any level, this harassment issue goes way beyond bending. As mentioned we have a few corrupt law enforcement officers and state officials involved in this matter and this harassment is being covered by them, carried out by them and their children and a few wealthy individuals that do not have jobs and have monthly checks from oil revenues coming in, and others being paid to stalk me are drawing SSI due to loss of limb and other permanent injuries that prevent them for being productive members of citizens. There is the strong possibility that contractors for the FBI and family members of Robert Bonner, ex head of the DEA and personal friends with my ex’s family from Paris, Texas are involved, along with members of the Strickland Family, Russell family (ex FBI), Montgomery / Taylor families, McDonald family(which I witnessed staring at the motel window of the super 8 in Forest Hill Texas the night before an over dose victim was found), the Goodson, Farmer and Townsend family’s from Spearman, Texas, S.R. Ferguson and family from the state of Arkansas, the Rivers / Haas families, Sherri Heatherley family, Anita Garcia, Maria Mora, and more.

Perhaps I have not been clear enough about the nature of this harassment. They perpetrators are using different forms of electronics including banned surveillance technology which I feel they got from the DEA when their father was in charge, which produces the effect known as MICROWAVE HEARING, the ability to place sound or voice inside your targets head, and have mixed in more cutting edge technology which attacks the human nerves system by radio frequency and is capable of inducing pain, shocks, tingles, burning, irritability, sleeplessness and many more unpleasant effects such as blisters, rashes and radiation burn, which I suffer on my neck and testicals presently from their attacks.

As mentioned in the message I left you last week, I am still being stalked all across the nation, they are using 6 to 8 vehicles which makes the perpetrators number between 12 and 16 since there are always two to a car or van, they are still playing me across the AM/FM airwaves in an attempt to both piss me off so I beat their ass and in hopes of making me look unstable, which seem to be their MO, they harass a person to the point that person gets feed up with the legal system looking the other way because of who their daddy’s were back in the day or how much money they contribute and take matters into their own hands which at this point the gutless worms will run and one will call the police and they all act like they don’t know each other and were just passing by and witnessed THE WHOLE THING there by making the victim of their harassment look crazy or unstable, getting arrested on assault or in the lesser sense some petty charge and the perpetrators just continue the harassment. This is bullshit and must be stopped!

Well in doing my part and helping out, below in the information you at the Fort Worth Police Department could not find.

I look forward to hearing from you and if this is too much for the locals perhaps you should refer it to the Texas Rangers office since they do not have to step around local corruption and politics and have better rescores. Also one of the tapes I have made, you can clearly hear screams for help, and gunshots in the back ground. I am sure you are interested in this as well.

Thanks for your time and if possible I would like to obtain a full report with whom you spoke to or what you did in your investigation that yielded nothing.
