[Issue] Pantheon

I just played 3 games in the pantheon....

All three started really very fast (I didn't look much for the moment if there was actual attempts to connect to other people, but I ended only in fighting computers, with other computers by my side, not a single human.

Another bug was that I even played against nobody during a game, (but with one computer by my side).

Currently pantheon games can be started with only one human player for testing purposes. After release, at least one on each side will be required.
