[Bug?] Sabotage Antimatter vs Repair platforms

Afaik , repair plats (vasari) have antimatter.

I tried to use the ability from one of my cobalts. It allowed me to , but the antimatter of the pad stayed at 300/300.

not too sure the ability did anything.

Sabotage reactor causes the target to take damage only when it tries to use an ability and if that happens the target cannot use abilities.
