[Suggestion] Link Pantheon Rank Page From Forums.

What I would like is to be able to do is click someones username, or a link someone below their name and be taken to their pantheon page, if they have one.

Also while I'm thinking about these, I don't know what sort of load it puts on the servers, so maybe this can't be done right now, but can we have the status and ranking pages updated more frequently?
