No longer able to mix different icon package components

In previous versions of IP I could select different mass components of a package.
I.E. load a package except file icons, switch to another package and grab the file icons
and combine them into a customized package.
It looks like the only way to do this is to do each file icon individually, what a pain!
Am I missing somthing?
