[UI Suggestion] Health Bar Options

Right now you can press ~ to cycle through health bar displays. I would request enhancements to this feature.

1) Persist my choice. Right now the settings reset if I quit and restart Demigod.

2) Allow more choices, possilby in the options menu system.Give me a set of checkboxes I can select for the following:

For each of: creep, Demigod, structure, and minion have options to show allied and/or hostile allowing me to select any combination thereof.
