having problems installing

I'm running vista 64 bit and every time I try to install this program I get this error message: Cannot create the directory

C:User\Soulman\AppData\Local\Temp\miaC477.temp\IonPackager.exe. A file with this name already exists. Please rename or remove the file and click retry, or click canel to exit.

The problem is you cannot rename or remove this file when your in the middle of installing this program and when you hit cancel this file disappears.

So does anyone have any thoughts?

Weird that it's trying to extract the same file twice. Have you tried installing through Impulse?
