Scenarios problem in GC2Ultimate

Only normal scenario works

I have GC2Ultimate edition and can only load the normal scenario but when I try to load any other scenarios like battle of the Gods, and get to the loading screen, my screen goes black and a pop-up tells me the game isn't working.  What can be done to fix this? Do I need to upgrade my Vidio card and/or increase my Hard disk from 1G to to 2G?

Please open your debug.err file in notepad, and copy/paste the contents into a post here. This will give us some technical information that can help troubleshoot your problem. The location you'll find the debug.err in varies depending on which game you're playing:

Dread Lords: My Documents\My Games\GalCiv2
Dark Avatar: My Documents\My Games\GC2DarkAvatar
Twilight of the Arnor: My Documents\My Games\GC2TwilightArnor

Older versions may store the debug directly in the location the game is installed at.

Be sure to copy the debug immediately after the error occurs; if you start the game again, the debug will be erased and recreated for the new session.

Hm, it seems to be loading alright, and only failing just as the game screen should be coming up. As it's not the usual language issue that causes scenario/campaign failures, please pass this information on to [email protected], they should be able to get you sorted out.

And while you're at it, turn off AA, because you're running integrated graphics.

It's above the resolution in the options screen.  Which you may need to change as well-apparently the game is running at 1024x768, fullscreen no less (I personally find windowed to be more stable), while your hardware is reporting that it's capable of 1440x900.
