Vasari Superweapon Bug

Hey guys.  Loving Entrench, although I found it to be a bit rough, so for my comp stomping, I set all the AI to easy until I get a starbase at a choke point, then save, exit, then reload and set them all to Unfair.  Man, it's MAJOR fun. 

I also witnessed the power of a fully upgraded TEC starbase the other day, wiped out my entire fleet, and it was just the starbase against 4 caps, and 20 frigs.

Anyway, the point of this post.  I think I found a bug in the Vasari Superweapon, as it doesnt work on Starbases.  Well, it does, but then it almost immediately stops working.  I fired it at a planet, it froze all the rest of the structures, including the starbase, but after about 1-2 seconds, the starbase started firing while all other structures where still frozen.

It's supposed to be that way.  It shuts down buildings for 3ish minutes (I think, that seems long so maybe not quite that long) but does damage to everything and disables ships for about 15 seconds.  Starbases have the ship disable affect applied to them so they are only disabled for a few seconds.

this is sort of off topic but shouldnt a shot from a kostra disable all abilities on mines for the same duration as structures? and shouldnt a second shot clear them all?

Thread jacker :P .  I think because mines have the "Invulnerable" (Phased out) stat, they are immune from the Kostura effects.  I spose if you sent scouts in and used the mine clearing ability it would affect them.
