Banned again because you're also denying the fact that there are plenty of 'secular Christians' in the world who claim the cultural identity with none of the theology. Although most of them in the US are pretty quiet about not buying the theology.
Banned because Christianity is so broad I don't really think there is a cultural identity that cannot also be explained as geographic (European, anglo-saxon, etc.)
banned for I don't think Christianity has a very tight link to cultural groups. I know that there is some overlap, but it seems more like cultural groups shape the religion than vice versa.
