PS: In reply to the post after my post here, it is not often that you get an opportunity to say a fractional amount of minutes in exact decimal fashion! Normally it's boring things like 2 seconds or 16 seconds, not a nice number like 30 seconds! 
PPS: Reverse order ban! The post after this Banned for not being positive about taking the opportunity for decimal precision in a unit that goes from 0 to 59 (60 units) and not 0 to 99 (100 units)!
