Banned because there are a number of reasons that picture gives me the creeps. The missing legs are actually somewhat low on the list (although I do think that curved spring design is strange, and may not be optimal from an engineering perspective).

And I triple ban because I agree with starkers. 

banned for she's not bad looking if you ignore the legs. Besides, she has a whole album of her pics published online already. I think she's comfortable with herself.

And actually those legs work quite well from an engineering perspective. I've seem some fast runners with those things. No mountain climbing though.

And I include the legs in my judgement because some people would have trouble getting past that and I accept that everyone has their preferences or issues with a variety of things. Of course, there's a difference between judging her as a person and judging her as a potential mate. Where the latter is regarded, I fault no one for their views.
