Banned because they're not all clones. Apparently they have some clones from many genetic sources, and some volunteers, and some conscripts. But they're all faceless, useless and magnetised to the attrociously scientifically inaccurate laser "guns" used in the series.

Banned because laser weapons are used in the series. Just not as hand weapons. I've seen cutaways of the starship lasers, and they do appear to have a lasing cavity inside.

banned for their not starships, that is startrek.  the enterprise has the power to destroy a planet.  the star destoryers dont.  infact they make that distintion in startrek, that some ships are star ships and others are not.
