Alliance Victory and Tech Victory Options Switched?

I started a game with Tech Victory Enabled and Alliance Victory disabled... it works corretly in-game, but I noticed tha Prefs.ini has the options reversed:

AllowAllianceVictory=1
AllowTechVictory=0
