Well That Was Weird

A little while ago I walked over to the c-store from the hotel and happened to glance over towards the empty lot along the way. I saw a very odd sight. There was an older guy walking across the lot carrying a dead duck by the neck.

Ok, out in the woods or something that might not seem very odd, but in this setting it was a very strange sight to see. Where the hell did this guy get the dead duck? No lake around here and he wasn't carrying a gun that I could see.

WTF?

Just a very weird observation in this thing we call daily life.

Why didn't you ask him?  :)  Might have made for an interesting conversation  

Maybe it was for his dinner?   People are hurting right now.  I'm thinking maybe those cute little ducks we see in little bodies of water all over the place aren't safe anymore?  Survival of the fittest? 

I think we're starting to see alot of very weird sights lately. 

The world has gotten stranger and stranger and I see no end in sight.

As mentioned, he was walking across an empty lot, a decent distance away and I had no intention of chacing him down to ask about a dead duck. :LOL:

I have no problem with it being for dinner, but my question was, and is, where did he get it? No pond or lake around there within a reasonable walking distance.
