Ridiculas periods of "non-responsiveness" in menu.

First off, I would like to say great job!

I was running the game smoothly without any problems last night and was having an absolute blast.

 

        But to my shock trying to play today ended in me sitting in a non-responsive loading screen for 2-3 minutes before alt+f4ing the program. This has happened several times and it seems to happen every time I click on something that would take me to a new menu. It sits there for a while before finally moving to the next one. Now I can deal with a little waiting but when I try to enter the pantheon it seems to go into a coma and I have to close the program. I've already restarted my computer and it is also well above the recommended system specs. Any advice would be awesome.

Seems like it's a server issue maybe? I dunno...

The places where it was pausing are most likely the server calls. We've been working on the servers non-stop this afternoon to alleviate the load issues and won't rest until we've made some good progress, but things may be a bit slow in the meanwhile.

Okay, I guess my main worry was that it was a local issue. Glad to hear that it is being worked on.

Ahah! I had a feeling this was it, but it's really nice to hear it direct from the source.

If nothing else, I'll just go read a book while I wait for the servers to catch up to the load. And if worse comes to worse, I guess I'll play online in a day or two.
