getting your favor points! easy and fast

get as much as i love the game, i do not like how favor points are handled. so the first thing i wanted was to get some items back.

 

to do this easy and fast

1) go to mp, host a game, put a pw

2) play as rook, enemy as reg, or really anyone, oak was a pain

3) make it super fast, conquest, weak towers, start at lvl 20, fast game, lots of money, timeouts if needed, fast caps,i'd play on brothers

4) buy 3 best armors, some mana items

5) get hammer slam, the health drain thing, and whatever

6) go win,

 

3-4 mins, 140 favor points at least, and i tend to avoid enemies so no kills and less mini guy kills

 

repeat

 

now instead of going through mp painfully against others while they have nice stuff, you can haveitems

it does. and you can see it as sucky, but really, favor points are a broken mechanic right now. play enough to unlock the item you want, most are terrible. you should be able to use whichever one, change at store

You can always disable favor items for your games.

Are favor points earned in singleplayer carried over and usable in multiplayer games?

Are skirmish favorpoints carried over into the Pantheon?  Because I had a bunch for Oak in skirmish, but after playing Qot in the Pantheon I can't see any for Oak at all.  Did I lose them?

not at all...try Cloak on the night on a Oak for example ;)

Does this still work? Everytime I've ever played a comp stomp game my favor points never save. My friends claim that theirs do, however.. so I'm really confused here. We are just starting out and do a lot of games vs. the AI to learn new tactics and builds... it would be nice to be earning poitns as well.

You have to go against atleast 1 human enemy to get normal favor points, however you do get favor points for every achivement you complete, but achivements aren't that right atm...GL
