[IDEA] aditional features to make everyone's life easier

Some features from Warcraft III and Dota would be very welcomed here.

- Keeping ALT key pressed. Draws health bars above everybody's head.

- ALT+Click on the ground. Signal (audio and video) on the minimap (and/or even on the main screen) to attract teammates attention.

- Left Click on the minimap. Move the camera to that position.

- Right Click on the minimap. Move selected unit(s) to that area.

- ALT+Click on spell. Cast spell on yourself.

- Teammates portraits (with healthbars and manabars).

- Click on portrait, cast selected spell on that person (teammate or self) or move camera to that players position if no spell is selected.

the first can be done by cycling through the tilde button, i wish u could could make it so it has an all-on/all-off button instead of having to cycling through it several times

second can be done by pressing the 'P' key, im unsure if u can rebind it :(, and u cant click the minimap with it

third,fourth,fifth,seventh i want all these!!

i definately want mana bars, and to be able to see what items they have equiped by just hovering over their character

some other things i want in the game, which will probably be in future patches:

  • to be able to bind the camera moving buttons to different keys
  • an option to have the minimap movable to other sides of the screen, and to stop it rotating
  • an ATTACK MOVE button
  • an option to see people on your own teams stats, and how much gold they have at that current time, for example when u look at ur character with the 'c' button, u could maybe cycle through the characters there
  • for generals a UI of some sort for minions to see each of their HP in crowded fights
  • for the score i want to just hold the 'tab' button, not have to click it twice
  • when leveling a skill point for your character OR citadel, make it alot smaller so it doesnt take up the whole screen, maybe just show skills that are available at the time, dont show all the reded out skills that you cant learn
  • also an option to make your own hotkeys for specific items when u buy at the shop

but yea just ideas...

edit: an option to be able to see the enemies casting time, so i know when to cancel their spells, under their HP bar or something

Love these ideas.  Its making it like WOW but thats a good thing since they well refined the group PVP thing over many years.

I especially like idea of Holding ALT to see health bars.

 

One to add is a way to target nearest ally or enemy.  How can you possibly target Heal or Shield someone in this game when you cant even see them cleary in a battle with lots of minions?
