Game manual

I think a good idea would be to include a .pdf file of the game manual (like the one that comes with the game when you buy a hard copy) with the digital download. I know the controls arent comples or anything, but it would be nice to know things like keyboard hotkeys that they dont tell you in game.

It is supposed to be but got accidentally removed in the pre-day-0 update. You can get it here if it is not present in your game's bin folder.
