Brad, funny thing happend to me the other day

I happed to be in the local mall outside Boulder CO, and I also happend to be be wearing my GalCiv Tee-shirt (warm CO. spring day). A couple of the mall rats asked me about the game, since they'd read about it on the 'Net, and were wondering where I got the shirt. I tiold 'em that it was a rare artifact, shipped only the special hardcore gamers that had sworn undying loyalty to Stardock's plan of global conquest and signed a contract with Stardock for their first born child. One of 'em was able to call me on my line of B.S though, since he reconized the graphic (Drengin) from an old review he'd read recently. (shuckydarns, I never have any fun!)

Oh yea, GREAT game by the way. I've been waiting a LOONG time for the release and am just pleased as punch that its out and doing so well.

Actually, it might be a good idea to produce T-shirts with "Galactic Civilizations" written in the correct font at the top, with the picture of one of the races (or even minor race logos) beneath it.

Hey, Brad, how about it? In black? I know I'd buy one for each race :)

Dearmad:

Pardon my idiocy, but when someone tells me they signed away their firstborn child to get a T-shirt, and then says:

"One of 'em was able to call me on my line of B.S.."

I tend to assume they were not being serious regarding the source of the T-shirt. ;)

I was using dry humor... Although Brad has publicly stated the first born child arrived yesterday, somewhat frayed around the edges.

Sheesh, I shouldn't read posts when I'm tired.
I first thought you'd written "I just spayed Boulderites last week".

Evil...
