Personally I would like to read over my skill tree during the 30 second respawn...
what about you?
I alt-tab and surf porn for 20 sec but yea... something to do would be cool. Like seeing game/DG stats, being able to look at items/skills.
I agree, being able to look at your skill tree and other stuff would be nice to do while dead, and having the camera not reset(or fade to grey) would also be great
I like the fade & camera change, but you definitely should be able to look at more stuff while waiting to respawn.
Agreed. I waste 30 secs of my life looking at grayness, while instead I could read a bit about my demigod's skills, look at the items and other players.
Agreed. 30 secs isn't that long time, but it would still be great to see the skills. And it would also be nice to see some listing of items and prices, if possible, so you could plan how to spend your gold beforehands. It would help even out the difference between players who've planned their builds and know every item in the shops, and new players who atm have to spend valuable playtime shopping. Though alt+tab and a helpful web site would do that as well..
Grayed out view is kinda cool though, I imagine it would be hard to keep up to the latest action while dead, even in spirit world 
I play windowed since i dont like sitting n watching people fail to connect to a game.
The grayness would be more accepatable if they'd give us the UI showing the ally demigods healthbars...

As for ontopic:
I think the devs should first work out all the bugs, and then look into this thread (I support it 100%).
At least you can check the scores. Then you have two places to watch your rez timer!
man the stuff we are asking for is just simple UI stuff.... If this were an MMO we'd have it already cause sumone would've modded it up for us
Is there even a site up with info on all the demigods' skills yet? That would be better but yes it would be GREAT to be able to read up on the game while dead.
Also the camera-reset is really annoying, yes. The grayed out thing also blows. I'd like to pay attention to what's goin on whie I'm dead. Other games allow you to spectate while you're dead, and having a bit of color would be nice.
It would help n00bs like me, and it wouldn't give expert players any advantage.
So, yes, I agree.
It's important to be able to plan ahead and get an overarching grasp of the current situation while you are dead. Currently we just sit around and wait without being able to plan much of anything because of lack of information. Being able to access key things such as shops, camera movement (preferably by minimap), and the skill tree would make a much more active waiting period. Otherwise we waste additional time in base figuring out all of the stuff we could have figured out while dead.
Definitely a minor addition that would help alot.
