Demigod won't load: Error message

The exception unknown software exception (0xc0000409) occurred in the application at location 0x00d2b33f.

By disabling drwatson I was finally able to get an error message for the program not loading:

I have no idea what this means but maybe someone here does

Have you tried the common solutions posted in the stickies (disable logitech webcam or comodo defense+ if you have them)?
