Yelling at Me

Why don't you just leave me alone?
Is that too much to ask?
All this yelling is going on,
you make it seem like such a simple task.

Don't you know I cry?
Or do you even care?
It just makes me sometimes want to die.

I do have a heart,
It lives for fun,
But now it's falling apart
Now that it's all been said and done

Maybe if you just try,
Try to change.
Maybe that one little bit.
Just let it all pass by.

So many people wouldn't be hurt
Some of us wouldn't cry
You just gotta give it a try.

I'm all done crying for now,
Hope you're having fun,
I'm gonna be strong
Or at least I'll try, hurting is not something I like.

So if you want me to leave your life,
Fine...I will...
But just remember, I'm still gonna always be here...

Yeah that's probably what I would have guessed...if you want to look 8 years into the bleak future you can take a look at my stuff...ha ha. Then again, poetry and I had a falling from age 17-22. So really my poetry isn't that old anyway.
