Metaverse no longer accepts Games played at Versions below 1.4

According to Tech Support at Strategy First, the publisher of GalCiv, Metaverse has been upgraded to no longer accept scores from versions older than 1.4. If this is true, which I tend to doubt, then that may explain why so many of us are having problems submitting to the Metaverse. How about it GalCiv? Can this really be true?

If it is , please make a zip file so we can upgrade to 1.04 and put it on the download page

Metaverse still accepts 1.03 and later.

You can download 1.4 from the Startegy First website which actually takes you somewhere back to this site to download it and you don't have to go through dregin.net. They have a link to it at Strategy First.
