EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION ERROR

Here is the error I get after about 30 minutes of play.  Here is also my specs. I have never had an issue with any other game (crysis, far cry 2, world in conflict etc....)

windows xp

3 gigs of ram OC'd

dual core duo OC'd to 3.6

Creative Audigy XGamer

evga 280 GTX OC'D

 

All my compents are stable and have been tested.   Here is the error message I get.

So I'm guessing theres still no fix?

 

Any word at all when they will be releasing a patch to fix these issues? I would love to play this game. The few minutes I get to play is a lot of fun
