Suggestion - Add access to the console menu in the game

A lot of people like to fix around their settings console commands to get the best frames out of the game possible. It would be really nice to see this added in, since the video menu kinda lacks a lot of customization...

or was that CTRL+TILDE?

either way, settings aren't saved and you'll have to wait for the modding-enabling patch (which has dubiously been announced) before i can port my Console++ over from SupCom (which does the job of changing console settings for you).
