I got into a game this morning, and nearly every time I tried to use silence, I would silence myself instead of the enemy, that's just not that useful. As well, many commands didn't get through in enough time to save my life, moving away from an enemy for example.
I've had a few issues like this where skills weren't performing, or weren't performing on time; the most notable I can think of was as Erebus, where using Bite over and over and over and over again on a stationary target never actually used the skill. Also a number of pathfinding issues where issuing a command to attack saw my demigod standing in place looking wistfully at the enemy rather than following his retreat to kill.
Overall these were limited instances for me, though. Will document any future issues
