using more then a single core?

multicore performance issues

I have a quad core cpu, but for some reason game seems to use only one of those cores so every time toward the end of the game it starts crawling and becomes unplayable. Is there a way to force it to use more then one core or is it even a known issue?

Never mind, for some reason affinity was set to only 1 cpu, works like a charm now.
