[BUG] Favor points -- will we get a refund of points?

Its clear there is an issue with favor points (negative, getting cleared, ect.). We know the devs are working on it, but the question is.... when its fixed, will they refund any points currently earned? I would assume the points are getting tracked server side so it doesnt seem all that unreasonable to wipe rewards and refund points.

Same goes for statistics of win/loss as well as achievements.
Not that big of a deal but would be nice to know :)

BTW, Kudos on the connection problems getting alot better.

Single player and multiplayer are seperate, but even given that, I play nothing but multiplayer and constantly lose all the points I earn before I can get the amount I need for the item I want. Very frustrating.

Yah, no single here. It was billed as a multiplayer game and thats what i was assuming. Here's to hoping SD and GPG knows what they are doing :)

It depends on what it is that is causing the loss of points. If it is because things arent getting saved properly to their databse then they probably cant restore anything.

I really hope they do. It's frustrating to lose my acheivments and FP after every other match. It's a disadvantage when you can't use favor items as well.

If they don't know how many you had, they should just reset everyone to 2k.  That's enough to rebuy whatever major items you had.  Of course it would be even better if they dropped the favor items being rewards for grinding dynamic entirely.

I would love to see a "current issues" page.

How do i know what im seeing is a bug or not a bug? Being worked on or otherwise? Pretty standard operating procedure for any software development team, why not make some of it public?
