Stats not updating on Pantheon

Hello,

After having won (and lost) multiple matches in the Pantheon it seems my stats aren't properly updated when I click on the 'my account option' in the game. It shows some of my custom game stats (about 10% of them) and none of my Pantheon stats.

Now I know that these stats are updated once every 24 hours, but I've been playing Pantheon matches since release and none of them are updated. I also know that this item has been brought up before, but what I haven't been able to find on these forums is the added problem I have. Namely when I click Pantheon on the website and use the 'player search function' I am unable to find my name or profile listed.

While it's only a minor inconvenience I did want to bring it up to the Stardock / GPG team for future Epochs / Tournament rounds. Other then that, I've been having a great time with the game!

Edit 1: All my ports are correctly forwared / opened. I have no connection problems what so ever when trying to join Pantheon games or join / host custom games. I am also able to normally finish matches by clicking the 'return to main menu button' when the match has eneded.

System specifications:
AMD 3000 mhz dual core
2048 DDR 2 RAM
GeFore 9800 X2 1024 MB
Windows Vista Ultimate Edition (32)
DxDiag: Available per request
Game runs with Administrator settings

Edit 2: My username does contain a space. I remember a somewhat similar issue with Sins of a Solar Empire. Maybe that has something to do with it? Just my two cents ^_^

thats true very true at that ive been having the same problems and I find also that as I go up in favor points once i hit a certan spot they decrease i should have at least 1500 or so favor points and right now i have 85 and iam sure decreasing Ive even had a negative -115 favor points how the heck can that go negative when i havnt been losing matching at all. This needs to get looked at right away I dont want to sit here and get my hard work deminished because of a faulty system. The same goes for the Pantenon which I've spent more than plenty of time in. My stats are not being tracked same as Franks and this is becoming a very big nusiance so please someone complain to someone or some one throw me some advice

Hi Cybane,

As I understand the negative favor points have something to do with certain items in the game. I remember reading something about it a few days ago (credits to the person who found it out). Apperantly some items (staff of renewal among other things) charge you favour points every time you use the item.

Say for example that a favour item costs 500 favour points. You buy it from the favour reward list for 500 points and normally you're done. However every time the item is used it deduct another 500 favour points from your total (as if you bought the item over and over).

I've only used the Cape of Plentyfull Mana myself and can safely say that I've not encountered this problem with this item. As for the other items I'm unsure.

Hopefully Stardock / GPGnet looks into this issue before the start of the next Epoch / Tournament.

Ya I've bought like the second item that adds health and decrease death pen and i havnt had a decrease till they started giving me the same acheivements again for instance the initiate achievement everyone has it. Once I get it iam good for a few matchs but at some point it pops up again and I start to lose favor and I also notice that my other demis acheivements arnt listed at all. They just completely wiped. Now idk what i need to do to keep the favor flowing because I should have raked in a good deal of it but its hard to buy an item you want when you know you have the points for it but they arnt there or their decreasing.
