Mid-Game Rook HP build

Hey guys,

Here is a mid-game rook build I found to be pretty effective, but still would like some criticism from you. This is mainly in games where uber-items are not allowed (i.e. Heart of Life).

What do you think?

Maybe a bit too slow without the speed boots?
End of wooricflair's quote

I think that on a slow-non chaser hero is kind of dumb to get boots, better to be able to tank more hp than tank less and run.

In addition, if you are "boulder roll" specced, a stun and escape is always possible (or teleport out)

I like my speed items.  Tank?  Whatever for?  More like chase you down, stun you, and kill you, all while my auto-weapons dot you to death during the chase.

Nobody expects a rook moving at capped speed.

I main Rook myself, and I personally prefer a blend of "high hp and armor" armor in combination with movement speed boost items.

With it, I can last the battlefield quite a while, and move around with much more mobility.

You should see the reaction of many of my opponents the first time they face me as a Rook.

He's got the most HP among any other demigods in the game, so I exploit that with the armor.

And because most people assume he's slow, they get cocky and stay and fight only to realize they can't out-tank me, so they flee.

Problem is, I move faster than they do with my speed boost items.

And they die.

Miserably.

You can always get the wand of speed with that amount of armour.... just a thought.
