Desync in Pantheon

Today I was playing a pantheon a 3v3 game with with all humans (first time thats ever happend) and about 15 min into the game all the players started getting this message:

the message would keep poping back up after you keep clicking "ok" making the game unplayable since you have to keep pressing "ok" and it would keep coming back.
