Can't submit to Metaverse!

Is there a step by step guide to getting a score posted on the Metaverse. I've created my account and registered and all of that noise, but still don't get a submit button. Help!

Have a look in the new manual - its a bit clearer...
(And btw I just posted one, so the metaverse is definitely working)
