Sending new events to galciv library??

Hey..
i thought i sent everything allright.. but.. i got this far.
this kind of message were there: "Thank you for uploading to the GalCiv Library. Your submission is waiting approval. Please allow at least a day for it to show up, as all entries are reviewed before being publically available."

Looked like everything were allright..
Then there were an option where u could edit ur post..
So, i tried to edit it, but when i resent it i got a message like this: "Sorry, there is no result to your request."
Did i sent it succesfully or what?

offtopic-- sorry to bother like this, but i just got this today here in Finland and.. i might be still a little bit of newbie with this.. :D

This is a messageboard, not a chatroom. It generally takes more than an hour to get an answer, especially on the weekend.
