Kicked Out Of Skirmish Before Game Starts MP

Four in a roll last night it was 1 vs 2 on MP skirmish mode. My partner never made it into the game. In one game before the MP Skirmish started I was kicked out. Is this how cheaters padded their stats?

This game need a lot of fixing.
