Diplomacy Suggestion

I think it'd be kind of cool if there was the option to offer contact with another race. As an example, say the Torians are the only race I have contact with, but they have contact with 3 or 4 others. They offer to put me in touch with one of the others for a price. Perhaps you could do the same for them?

Just an idea. I'm pretty sure a couple games do that, and it's a elegant idea that casual and hardcore gamers could be okay with.

Any reactions? or additions?
