Game Crashes

In my curren game when ever it comes time for me to research a new tech my game crashes ( just exits and goes to windows). I'v tried stoping my current tech research and research something else, that takes longer time, the game run with out a hitch. Until the time come when i need to research a new tech. i havent started a new game and see if everything goes fine, it's late will do that tommoro. I was wondering if the Dev's would like to take a look at this for me?

Yeah, if you could send the saved game to [email protected] or [email protected], we'll put it on our list of saved games to check. Perhaps Cari's seen some similar issues with the research screen, but this crash is definatly new to me  :(  We'll definatly look into it!

Same problem, (Post #8 on 1.04.59 Bug Fixes), I will send the GalCiv.exe.cra produced by SmartException (from StarDock) along with the debug.err files to [email protected]. I too have tried changing techs, researching completly different techs, still the same thing. This doesn't happen until late game (as it did earlier). I completly uninstalled GalCiv, reinstalled from CD then downloaded 1.04.59 from StarDock, and I have gotten further than this time than I did the last. Until a new version of 1.04.xx comes out I am going to go back to 1.03. Keep plugging guys.
