A question...

A question to all you more hardcore Galactic Civilization gamers..

Gigantic, only victory condition being that of utterly wiping out your enemies? None of that Culture, Alliance, or Tech crap. Has anyone out here done this, and if so I would love to hear details.

I get sick and tired of playing a game start to finish in a couple hours. I want something that will seem to go on forever. Will this do the trick?

It will go on a long time, but you can still win a military victory if you culture flip the last major civ planet. So, if your goal is to truly win by only conquest, keep the influence down or you may well be flipping the last planet instead of marching on it. Just keep enough influence bases and so forth to keep from getting flipped yourself.
