Crash Problem

I readed on the bug report that this bug has been seen before but couldn't find an answer anywhere.

Can someone tell me how to fix the crashing back to desktop after ending a turn ??

Download SmartException from Stardock Central, get it to crash like that, then send the GalCiv.exe.cra to someone. I can't remember, maybe Brad.
