How do I fix the favor point bug?

I am all of a sudden back to 0 points for my favor. Is there a way to fix this for sp and mp games? Please let me know. Thanks...

There is only one reliable fix: wait for the patch coming this weekend. Devs have stated that it's already fixed in their current test build, they're just waiting to conclude the networking code fix that's the primary reason for the patch.
