Bug report (Galactic Guidebook)

I don't know if this has been reported yet, but I got the Galactic Guidebook (42!), and the game shows it as being completed every turn in the GNN.

Yes the latest version according to Stardock Central, as of last week anyway.

We put out another update a few days after the first 1.04 build went up, and I'm sure that I fixed this problem in the latest version.
