No Resources - HELP

I can longer build anything because I have no resources. Stupid question, but how to I get more?

Sounds to me like you have run out of money. If your bank balance goes below minus $500 then all production ceases and all money is put towards your bank balance until your debt is less than $500.

If your talking about what the game calls "resources" and "building" starbases, you can build starbases, just click somewhere near the bottom right on th "Plant starbase" button with a constructor. Or try double clicking on a constructor and then on the button.

If that's not what you mean, you probably have no idea what I am talking about. Sorry!
