Zoom Thingy?

Um.. new feature in new version. I guess I'm a dolt, since I can't get it to work.. whatever it is. LOL

Does someone know what this is.. and how it works? I've clicked the + and - signs.. i've used the mouse wheel.. I have no idea what he is talking about! Please help, thanks! :p

It had me going for a bit too.

double click on any planet, then the first time you click on those TINY buttons above you will see that the mini map is brought to the forfront and it already shows where on the map this planet is. Then you can zoom using your scroll wheel. Hope this clears this up for you.

Easiest way is to bring up the planet list, and double click on a planet in the list. If it wasn't in your 'box' in the minimap prior to double clicking, it will be the system centered in your box (I'm talking about the yellow selection box, that shows what part of the galaxy you are looking at in the mini map). If you happened to have your yellow box (on the mini map)already around the system, and then double click it from the planet list, the box will be where it was prior to double clicking the planet.

um.. if that was confusing, just play around with it, that is what I did. LOL
